By accessing and using Creativeeliteao Gym's facilities, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Membership Terms

Membership Registration

• All members must complete a membership agreement and health screening form
• Members must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent
• Accurate personal information must be provided during registration
• Photo identification may be required for membership verification

Membership Types and Fees

• Monthly membership fees are due in advance
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• We reserve the right to change membership fees with 30 days' notice
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

3. Facility Usage Rules

General Conduct

• Members must treat all staff, other members, and equipment with respect
• Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required
• Personal hygiene standards must be maintained
• Mobile phone use should be considerate of others
• Photography or recording without consent is prohibited

Equipment and Safety

• Equipment must be used properly and safely
• Members should wipe down equipment after use
• Report any damaged or unsafe equipment immediately
• Follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions
• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times

4. Class Bookings and Cancellations

• Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time
• Late arrivals may not be admitted to classes for safety reasons
• Class schedules are subject to change with reasonable notice
• No-shows may result in booking restrictions

5. Membership Suspension and Termination

Member Termination

• Members may cancel membership with 14 days' written notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Annual memberships require 30 days' notice for cancellation

Gym Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately for:

• Violation of facility rules or code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Threatening or inappropriate behavior
• Damage to property
• Any illegal activities on premises

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that:

• Exercise activities involve inherent risks of injury
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
• You are responsible for your own safety and well-being
• You will not hold Creativeeliteao Gym liable for injuries or losses
• You have adequate insurance coverage for potential injuries

7. Personal Property

• Creativeeliteao Gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Lockers are provided for temporary use only
• Items left overnight may be removed and donated to charity
• Members use lockers and storage facilities at their own risk

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and materials are protected by copyright
• Members may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary content
